Information you provide
Our inquiry form asks for your first and last name, phone number, email address and planned move-in date. During follow-up, you may also share your budget, preferred locations, housing features and other apartment-search preferences.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card details, identification documents, medical records or application documents through this website’s inquiry form. Submit rental application materials directly through the apartment community’s verified application process.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to your inquiry, understand your search, discuss apartment options, coordinate requested follow-up and maintain records of our communications. It also helps us operate and protect the website and understand how visitors use it.
Form submissions and Follow Up Boss
Form submissions are stored in WordPress and used to send an acknowledgment to the email address you provide and a lead notification to Steven. We also use Follow Up Boss to manage inquiries and follow-up.
The Follow Up Boss tracking pixel is installed on this website. It can capture form information and associate website visits, pages viewed and referral information with a contact record after a visitor is identified, such as through a form submission or a tracked email link. We do not sell renter data. We share renter information with apartment communities only when the renter is applying to those communities.
Website hosting, email and customer-management providers process information needed to support these services.
