Yes. My apartment locating service is free to renters. Rent, application charges, deposits, moving expenses and other property fees are separate. Ask each community for a written breakdown before paying or applying.
Request your apartment list, call or text 281-728-3207, or email me. Start with your move date, rent budget, bedroom count and preferred locations. We can refine the rest together.
I help with Houston and surrounding areas, including The Heights, Montrose, Midtown, The Woodlands, Katy and Spring. Have another location in mind? Tell me where you want to search.
Plan a search that works with your next move.
Reach out as soon as you know your approximate move date. We can begin with your priorities, then check communities as their availability for your dates becomes clearer. There is no single search window that works for every property or lease.
Tell me your required move-in date right away. We can focus on reported availability, but application review, unit preparation and move-in requirements vary. Do not assume a home is reserved until the property confirms it in writing.
Yes. I can help you compare locations and ask communities about virtual tours and remote application options. Confirm the exact apartment, floor plan, fees and move-in arrangements directly with the property before committing.
Start with your own destinations, budget and preferred housing features. Compare exact addresses, travel options, parking and nearby amenities. Use the area guides as a starting point and test routes at the times you expect to travel.
Choose the communities you want to see and confirm appointments with their leasing teams. Ask to see the exact apartment when possible. Check layout, storage, noise, parking, utilities, maintenance procedures and the full monthly cost. Tour availability varies.
Compare the complete cost before you decide.
No. They can change and may depend on the exact unit, move date and lease term. Ask the community for a written quote, the expiration date and any conditions attached to a special. A listing or shortlist does not reserve an apartment.
Ask about application and administrative charges, deposits, required monthly fees, utilities, parking, renters insurance, pet costs and moving expenses. Request both a move-in total and an ongoing monthly total, with optional services listed separately.
Ask how the concession is applied and whether you must meet a deadline or lease-term requirement. Compare the total cost across the full lease, the normal monthly payment and any repayment terms if you leave early. An advertised effective rent may differ from the amount due each month.
Tell me your preferred lease length and must-haves, such as a garage, elevator, workspace or in-home laundry. Availability and pricing vary by community and unit. Confirm each important feature and lease term before applying.
Know what to confirm with the leasing team.
Ask the property for its current application checklist and written selection criteria. It may request identification, income documentation and rental history. Submit sensitive documents through the property’s verified application process; do not include Social Security numbers, banking details or medical records in this website’s inquiry form.
No. The property reviews applications and makes approval decisions under its policies and applicable law. I can help you identify questions to ask, but I cannot promise approval, waived fees or exceptions.
Ask the leasing team about its written criteria before paying an application fee. Requirements and available options vary; ask whether a guarantor or another arrangement is considered. You do not need to put sensitive financial or background details in the initial website inquiry.
Let me know which properties you have contacted and whether you have applied. Communities have different referral procedures. If a form asks how you found the property, answer accurately; I can help clarify the next steps with you.
Focus on the housing features and support you need.
Tell me about the pets moving with you so we can ask about each community’s current policies, pet rent, deposits and fees. Confirm restrictions and costs with the property before applying. Assistance-animal requests are a separate accommodation matter.
Tell me which housing features you want to compare, such as step-free access, an elevator or a particular bathroom layout. Verify the exact unit and route with the property. For an accommodation request, contact the housing provider directly; you do not need to share a diagnosis through this website. HUD’s disability housing information explains rights and responsibilities.
An assistance animal is not a pet. A person with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation from a housing provider concerning an assistance animal. Contact the property about its accommodation process and review HUD’s assistance-animal information. Avoid sending medical documentation through this website’s general inquiry form.
